Services: We serve all types of legal documents, except those governed by certain State's statutes. We accept emailed documents as PDF attachments emailed to: contact@paperservers.net. We accept faxed documents for expedited services sent to 704.376.2728 or 866.376.2728. Please advise us prior to or after sending. What are the advantages of using Paper Servers? It is dedicated solely to process services. Our process servers and licensed private investigators have over 55 years of experience in serving all types of documents, as well as over 55 years of experience within the investigative field. Paper Servers can handle services of process in all of North Carolina and South Carolina locales. Although we are physically located in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, we have access to process servers and private investigators throughout the region. Our process servers have the expertise you need to assist with your cases. Although we cannot guarantee service, we do guarantee we will try our best to serve each individual as required. When requesting our service, please let us know if you need a RUSH or if you have any special needs. We ask you to have a full name and accurate address for each subject. Our first attempt of service will occurr at least within 24-48 hours of receiving your documents. We will make a maximum of three (3) attempts per service, depending on the rate. Additional attempts may results in additional costs and expenses. If you prefer to use your Return of Service form, please submit along with documents for service. Of, if you will need an Affidavit, please let us know when requesting our services. Our rates may or may not include additional return expense(s). If you need your papers filed with the County/State, please advise as we do charge an additional fee for this service.
